This was such a great episode. Holiday is one of my favorite movies, for so many of the reasons you guys cite (particularly how awesome Lew Ayres is as Ned). It’s just a terrific, funny movie that gets family dynamics right in an interesting way. And I agree that it’s fascinating how much of it resonates today. Really glad I found your podcast.

I’m listening to Metropolitan right now. The podcasts are great.

For a movie to discuss, maybe The Big Sleep? Faulkner, Chandler, no one having any idea what’s going on with the central crime. It’s pretty fun.
